I have over 40 years' experience in the builders merchant sector and have worked at board level for some of the key players in the industry, so I fully understand your business and your customers' needs.

I studied "Leadership" in Boston, USA, and at Cranfield University. I was a member of the SGBD UK & Ireland "Core 100", and successfully ran two of London's largest independent builders merchants before going on to lead the Jewson London sales force in 2012. I was instrumental in the acquisition of 22 independent builders merchants whilst at SGBD.

I am an approved tutor for the Builders' Merchant Federation, and I'm passionate about people development, so I'm keen to leverage my expertise and experience in this area.

 

I have worked on projects for homeless people and under-privileged youngsters, I am an active ambassador for the BMF, working with schools & colleges to attract more talented youngsters into the merchant industry.
