Management Development Programme
One year learning & development programme, with a rolling project designed to prepare and get candidates up to "Potential Branch Manager" level within a year.

Format

5 classroom- based modules aligned to your business' "must win" battles, spaced over the 12 months, running alongside a live project for each delegate, with a final exam covering all topics from the course, and a project presentation to your senior management team at the end..

Each candidate's project must deliver £3,000 incremental value to the business - which more than covers the cost of the course!!

Projects are agreed & selected from a pool by the course sponsor.

Candidates present a progress update of their project at each module (eg every 7-8 weeks)

This course will give delegates a rounded knowledge of the merchant industry, and is a useful roadmap for their careers ahead. It challenges each delegate to deliver a minimum of £3,000 incremental added value to their business unit over the year (which is more than the cost of the course), so it guarantees a return on your investment.
Delegates present a progress update of their project at each module and receive personal mentoring on their project throughout the course.
At the end of the course, delegates take a final exam and present their projects to representatives of your senior management team.
The programme is ideally suited to anyone who has the potential to become a branch manager within 2-3 years. No academic qualifications are required but it's critical that entrants have the right attitude to progress, and are prepared to put the extra work in.
