Students on this course will learn how to promote goods for sale through their presentation, whilst making the most efficient use of the space available to increase branch turnover per ft2.
 
The course explains how stock levels affect working capital, but also includes practical sessions on space planning and managing promotions.

The course is ideally suited to branch operational staff - Trade Counter Supervisors & Assistants, Yard Supervisors, Showroom Managers & Branch Managers.
